Accommodation
For the participants’ convenience, rooms have been reserved to several hotels around and in close distance to the venue at special rates. In order to book accommodation, participants are kindly requested to select the hotel and the room type of their preference and complete the Registration and Accommodation form, which is available online, as well as offline.

Payment & Cancellation policy for Accommodation
- Full settlement of accommodation expenses is required in order for the accommodation to be confirmed.
- A minimum stay of two nights is required.
- All cancellations should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat and the refund will be made after the meeting.
- For any cancellation of accommodation submitted till May 2, 2013 inclusive, full refund will apply, excluding bank charges.
- For any cancellation submitted from May 3, 2013 till June 17, 2013, inclusive, one night deposit will be charged as cancellation fee.
- After July 18, 2013 no refund will be possible
