* Participants who will register as “SFRR (Member)” are kindly requested to send to the Congress Secretariat (sfrr2013@afea.gr) a document or e-mail confirming their membership. The relevant document can be obtained by the SFRR-Europe Secretary General
** Participants who will register as “students” need to provide the Congress Secretariat with a copy of the student card, in order for the registration to be confirmed. The original one must also be presented on site at the Congress Secretariat.
Registration Fee includes:
- Participation to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
- Attendance of the Scientific Program
- Congress material
- Certificate of attendance
- Light lunch
Accompanying Person fee includes:
- Participation to the Opening Ceremony, Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.
Payment & Cancellation policy
- Full settlement of the registration fee is required in order for the registration to be confirmed.
- Cancellations should be made in writing to the Congress Secretariat.
- For any cancellation submitted till May 31, 2013, full refund will apply except from a processing fee of 50€. Bank charges to be deducted from the refunded amount.
- For any cancellation submitted from June 1, 2013 till July 20, 2013, inclusive, 50% refund is applicable. Bank charges to be deducted from the refunded amount.
- After July 20, 2013 no refund will be possible.
- All refunds will be made after the Congress.
